I have the answer!What you'll want to do is create a shortcut to the RA3.exe file located in 'Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Command and Conquer Red Alert 3'Right click the shortcut you created, click 'properties,' then in the target field add ' -ui' (without the quotation marks) at the end of the target path.Use this shortcut and NOT the Steam shortcut. Click 'game browser', select the Mods card, select the mod you wish to run and have fun!
